OSS_EO training on the use of water abstractions monitoring service

This training aims to strengthen the capacity of end-users to monitor the water abstractions service. This course will provide the skills to present the water abstractions monitoring indices that are implemented in the MISBAR platform. This platform hosts the service agricultural water abstractions monitoring. The objective of this training is to improve the basic knowledge of users on the water monitoring service in irrigated areas
