This course will provide an introduction to the use of these tools to ensure that sufficient (hands-on) capacity is developed to handle the data provided by the various MESA Services and to conduct some (spatial and temporal) analysis. This introduction should provide sufficient background to the use of the tools to ensure that course participants can continue their effort independently afterwards.
